SHIPPING

Processing Times

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-10 business days.
  • National Shipping (Spain): Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over €200, depending on the location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 14-30 days of delivery. Items must be:
    • Unused, and in their original condition.
    • In original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at family@hueqqo.com with your order number to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items only.
