SHIPPING
Processing Times

- National Shipping (Spain): Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
- Free shipping is available for orders over €200, depending on the location.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping

Lost or Delayed Shipments

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 14-30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused, and in their original condition.
- In original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Contact us at family@hueqqo.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items only.
