We want to put an end to overproduction. That is why we have introduced the PRE-ORDER system.
PRE-ORDER means that items are made to order and have a fixed date for shipment. We usually add specific information for each pre-order item in its description, such as the estimated shipping date.
Please note that if there is a PRE-ORDER item in your purchase, all other items in your order will be shipped together in the same package on the date indicated for the pre-order piece.
Our products are made from delicate and high-quality materials. For ceramics and tableware, we recommend gentle hand washing to preserve their vibrant glaze. For side tables and larger items, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid using harsh chemical cleaners.
Our headquarters are located in Spain. For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or local clearance fees may be applied by the destination country's authorities. These extra charges are not included in the order total and must be borne entirely by the buyer.
